Can you actually detox your body?

Your liver, kidneys, gut, skin and lungs already detox your body continuously. You cannot meaningfully speed this up with teas or cleanses, but you can dramatically reduce the load by cutting avoidable exposures like contaminated water, indoor air pollution, and heated plastic. That is the real, evidence-based lever.
